I founded Frontman Law to bring big-firm and in-house transactional experience to a leaner, more direct practice. Over more than 20 years, I’ve drafted, negotiated, and closed the contracts that run modern companies: master services agreements, SaaS and licensing deals, data processing terms, and the negotiations that get them signed.

The AI terms now landing in nearly every deal are new ground for almost everyone — who owns the inputs and outputs, what a model can train on, and who carries the risk when it gets something wrong. Those are ownership, data, and liability questions I’ve negotiated for two decades, and I’m comfortable bringing that footing to this new universe.

I’ve represented clients in transactions across the United States and in many international markets. I’m admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, and California.
